To achieve the objectives expressed in the Company Policy and Strategy and in coherence with them, G.Franco Longhi SpA has defined in this document the objectives and contents of the Policy and commitment for Quality, Safety, and Environment.

The Management has thus established the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a Quality System in compliance with the standards UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, UNI EN ISO 14001:15, and ISO 45001:18, consisting of the organizational structure, processes, resources, and documentation necessary for the achievement of excellence objectives stated in the company policies and strategies.
In the definition of the Integrated Policy, the following principles have been considered:

 ✓ Satisfaction of customer expectations and requirements;

 ✓ Strengthening the company's presence in the market;

 ✓ Involvement and development of personnel;

 ✓ Needs and expectations of other interested parties;

 ✓ Cooperation, involvement, and contribution of suppliers;

 ✓ Adequacy of resources for achieving objectives;

 ✓ Commitment of top management to Quality, its understanding, and dissemination at all levels.

 

The Company Policy aims to develop the following points with continuous commitment from Management to:

✓ Encourage and develop collective commitment to Quality within the organization;

✓ Pursue the reception of customer needs and requirements, increasing their satisfaction level;

✓ Develop collaboration and partnership relationships with Customers and Suppliers, aiming to establish mutually satisfying collaborative relationships;

✓ Involve personnel through continuous awareness activities regarding contractual activities at different levels of responsibility;

✓ Pursue the process of continuous improvement, involving and motivating all organization personnel, critically, dynamically, and measurably analyzing the requirements and performance of various company processes in relation to achieved results, potentials, and margins for improvement;

✓ Seek continuous innovation of products/services, respecting customer expectations and quality levels;

✓ Design and implement workplaces and operational methods managed to safeguard workers' health, company assets, third parties, and the community, while respecting laws and regulations;

✓ Formulate continuous improvement objectives for environmental and safety performance;

✓ Pre-evaluate risks to which personnel is exposed for each new activity and/or process to adopt solutions capable of preventing injuries, accidents, and occupational diseases;

✓ Maintain active and updated management and surveillance procedures for constant control of personnel health and safety and environmental compliance and for interventions to be carried out in the event of non-conformities, anomalies, and emergencies;

✓ Promote training, information, and awareness activities, involving all company personnel, making them aware of their individual obligations and the importance of each of their actions to achieve expected results;

✓ Communicate with stakeholders and involve them, activating appropriate communication channels internally to ensure continuous and fruitful exchange with all personnel and externally;

✓ Encourage and involve suppliers in adopting adequate management systems and personnel training to establish mutual benefits with respect to workers' health and safety and the environment;

✓ Disseminate the principles of the Integrated Quality, Safety, and Environmental System so that they are known and pursued by all personnel. It is the Management's responsibility to convey this awareness through sensitization interventions and by displaying the Policy declaration in workplaces;

✓ Continuously improve environmental performance over time, as well as pollution prevention;

✓ Improve performance and achieve excellence through continuous review of processes;

✓ Compliance with legislation, regulations, mandatory environmental and safety requirements, and other subscribed requirements.


The Management of G.Franco Longhi SpA defines and documents the above in terms of measurable objectives for Quality, including the means to ensure their ongoing suitability through review, through documentation of the Integrated System.

UNI EN ISO 45001:2018
The company has acquired the certificate of its own quality system by the Cernet since December 2003. Our design services, supplies, installation, assistance and management of mechanical works, air conditioning and fire protection are been carried out according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015. The quality system certificate, which has always been used it's now according to the running rules, is only the latest stage of a constant development of the company which has taken place in all the fields of its activity.
